(Junior) Influencer Relations Manager (Full Time, Hybride)

Overview

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for the Online Media Industry, interest in the gaming industry and knowledge of the influencer landscape. This position will require creating meaningful relationships with creators and agencies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Identifying creators according to our clients’ requirements
  • Developing and maintaining successful relationships with creators and agencies
  • Manage contract negotiation with talent agents, ensuring a clear scope of work and alignment on timeline and deliverables. Draft and execute influencer contracts.
  • Analyzing the results of the campaigns (views, conversions, etc)
  • Responsible for the tracking and processing of all invoices related to influencer partnerships and activations.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor / Master, Marketing / Communications degrees preferred
  • You have 1+ years of relevant experience in account management and/or influencer marketing and/or campaign management
  • You have a good understanding of the different social media channels out there (i.e. YouTube, Twitch)
  • Enthusiasm for gaming or entertainment topics is an advantage
  • You have great communication and negotiation skills in English. Any other language is highly appreciated (FR, DE, ES, IT, RU, KR)
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines
  • You consider yourself a results-driven person and understand what it means to work in a flexible and fast-paced startup environment
  • Must have the ability to be flexible and work a varied schedule and time zones that may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • You want to get great things done and have an impact on the company

  • Develop and maintain existing business relationships with key Chinese clients, primarily in gaming industries
  • Guide potential clients through on-boarding processes
  • Up-sell and cross-sell our products and ensure monthly budget
  • Communicate with our European supply team and sales team on client demands and coordinate campaigns during the campaign lifetime
  • Attend industry events and coordinate offline campaigns together with the supply team
  • Translate relevant content if necessary (CN-EN, EN-CN)

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor / Master, Marketing / Communications degrees preferred
  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in account management and/or influencer marketing and/or campaign management
  • Advanced knowledge in gaming and digital industry generally, ideally in influencer marketing and branding
  • Existing network in Chinese gaming companies with overseas products and promotion budget
  • A talented communication and sales professional
  • Enthusiasm for gaming or entertainment topics is an advantage
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of business opportunities
